Zumba with Kathryn Chapman

Pretty much the most awesome workout ever – dance to Latin-influenced and popular music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it!

This free session will take place online. You will need to download the zoom app here – https://zoom.us/download

The session will include fitness and dance moves which will be modified to suit small spaces. To participate safely you will need:

  • enough room to participate in the activity without there being any obvious risk of injury to yourself, to others, or risk of any damage to surrounding property
  • a safe and secure position for the device and any related equipment you are using to access the session. Ensure cables are kept away from the dance area
  • flooring which is level and not slippery
  • clothing and footwear which is appropriate for the activity. Trainers should be worn (ideally not running shoes)

Once registered you will receive an email with a link to the session. Please make sure you join at least 5 minutes before the start time.
