Promoting positivity, wellbeing and mindfulness Jamie will take you through a one hour Qi Gong session which will explore the ancient Chinese form of meditation through movement and connecting the mind, body and spirit with nature.

**Please wear lite breathable clothing, fit for exercise and dynamic movements**
