Fest Norwood Photography Competition

A community art project

The Fest Norwood Photography Competition (closing date 8 August 2020)

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our Photography Competition, a community project aimed at encouraging as many people as possible to take images of their view of life in West Norwood and surrounding areas.

We welcome everyone to turn your lenses to your surroundings and capture what makes our community special. This could be a portrait of someone who inspires you, a place you have fond memories of, a beautiful location that you like to walk past, or even your cat. So long as the images have been taken local to the area, we welcome all areas of photography including landscape, portraiture, architectural, still life, sports and fashion. Here are a couple of example images:

Images shortlisted will be shown on the South London Theatre digital screen for all to see, with a prize for the winning entry!

*Please note that if you include people in your photographs you will need them to complete a Model Release Form allowing permission for your image to be shown. You can download the Model Release Form by clicking here

Image requirements:
Each image must be under 10MB
Must be taken in West Norwood or surrounding areas (incl. Crystal Palace, Dulwich, Streatham and Tulse Hill) in the last two months.
Maximum of 3 images per person
Can be taken on your phone, camera, film or on Polaroid.
