We are thrilled to announce our winning entries of our first Fest Norwood Photography Competition. We would like to thank Martin of The Lemonade Factory Photographic Studio for the donation of our wonderful first prize.
First Place
Lumen of a Hellebore by Laura Ward
The judges felt that this beautiful photograph made during lockdown showed this local photographer’s creativity and ingenuity.
Photographer’s description:
“In lockdown I found myself needing to be creative, especially with two little ones in the house. I found some expired photo paper and made a handful of lumens in my garden.”
Prize: Daylight studio time in professional photographic studio The Lemonade Factory
Second Place
A Brighter Future by Jeremy Gordon
The judges loved this photograph which is full of hope and warmth and an unmistakable iconic mausoleum from West Norwood Cemetery.
Prize: Jessop’s Vouchers
Third Place
St. Luke’s Bell Tower by Stephen McGrath
The judges also fell for this photograph of another West Norwoodian landmark set off against a dark and brooding sky – a powerful and arresting image.
Prize: A framed print of the photographer’s choice
